Your entire display dimensions must be no larger than

|
Include with your display your notebook “journal” that documents your pre-experiment research/literature review, problem/question, working hypothesis, materials, methods/procedures, collected data, graphs, conclusions and list of people that assisted you during your science project experience. |

A Project Abstract, a one page summary of your project. The abstract is to be prepared on typing or notebook paper and may not exceed 250 words; your abstract needs to be brief and to the point (communicate ideas effectively by providing the basic facts of each part of your project), must use Standard English and be legible. |
Make sure your display and any item include along with your display fit within the 122 cm (4 ft.) wide by 76 cm (2.5 ft.) deep “foot print” of your display. |

|
Make sure electrical materials are in keeping with standard safety laws and practices. Remember to:

|
Devices producing temperatures in excess of 100 oC (212 F) |
|
|
An exhibitor (student) can only participate in one group or individual project. |
|
|
The Science Fair Committee reserves the right of refusal of an exhibit that it deems unsafe, unsuitable for public exhibition, or in direct conflict with California Education Code. This includes, but is not limited to, any projects that display or discuss subjects that require parental consent and/or rights of review. |
